An intensive beginner course, customised to your activities and suitable for up to 20 participants. We come to your workplace and cover the basics for avoiding dangers, managing situations and how to defend common attacks.

An Instructor comes to your workplace to teach regular one-hour sessions, to up to 20 participants Each session packs the same punch as our Adult Krav Maga classes in terms of fighting skills, fitness and fun. However, we can tailor a course to suit your needs.
